New Orleans illustrator Ron Domingue recently published his first graphic album, Hotel Whiskey Tango, for the iPad.
This isn’t just about one artist funding one creation. It’s about supporting cottage industries that spring up because of them and employ talented people in many fields to both market and augment the primary creative product.
Much like a vinyl record, I feel there’s a link between the art, the format or design of it and the sensory experience we get when we take in that art.
Ron Domingue has already published his first book, Hotel Whiskey Tango, for the Ipad. His goal is to take the book one step further and, “create a tangible compliment to the digital product.
Ron Domingue recently published his first graphic novel for the iPad, titled Hotel Whiskey Tango. He is now raising $5000 to print and distribute, “The Art of Hotel Whiskey Tango,” as a tanglible compliment to the digital product.
Ron Domingue has a graphic novel out on the iPad. It’s called Hotel Whiskey Tango. It’s set in Vietnam and takes advantage of the video/audio stuff iBooks enables. Anyway, he’s a phenomenal artist.
